AGA causing a ruling by the Supreme Court
Following a claim of alimony filed against its client, AGA caused a first off ruling by the Supreme Court on when the court’s decision for the dissolution of the marriage is made irrevocable; the Court upheld that the Supreme Court’s decision on the dissolution of the marriage is irrevocable and may not be challenged by way of a special appeal.
Concession of the Marina of Pylos
AGA advises TEMES S.A., a developer and operator of sustainable tourist and residential destinations of high standards, among which Costa Navarino in Messinia, in the new international tender launched by the HRADF for the concession of services related to the use, operation, management and exploitation of the Marina of Pylos, Peloponnese, for a period of 40 years. TEMES S.A. has formed a joint-venture with D-MARINAS S.A., leading operator of premium marinas in 8 countries, in its quest for the concession of the Marina of Pylos.

AGA successfully represented HNC Healthy Nutrition Company GmbH, a part of the KRÜGER GROUP since its founding, in litigation brought against it and others by a former representative of another entity operating in the same market; total claim of € 7 m. irrevocably rejected.
