Concession of the Marina of Pylos
Very proud to have advised TEMES S.A., developers of Costa Navarino, in its joint effort with D-Marin, during the tender procedure for the concession of the right to use and operate the Marina of Pylos for 40 years. The concession agreement was signed September 3rd 2024 among the Hellenic Republic, represented by Ms. Olga Kefalogianni, Minister of Tourism, the Hellenic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), represented by its CEO Mr. Dimitris Politis, the concessionaire “MARINA PYLOU SOCIETE ANONYME EIDIKOU SKOPOU” and the representatives of TEMES S.A., Mr. Evgenios Dendrinos and D-MARIN, Mr. Ioannis Koutsodontis.
