The law of sale has been reformed by virtue of law no. 4967/2022 in compliance with Directive 2019/771/EU. The incorporation of the changes imposed by the Directive was made in the text of the Civil Code itself and applies to all sales, whether of movable or immovable property, regardless of the status of the parties as individuals, suppliers or consumers.
