Moreover, she regularly advises international and domestic clients on corporate and business-related matters including negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, financial agreements and particularly syndicated loans, bond loans, restructurings, leases, joint-venture agreements etc. Efstratia is also keen on representing national and multinational entities in relation to a wide array of civil law topics.
