AGA advised the THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY in an international public tender for the concession of the Port’s containers terminal (6th pier) for thirty years; tender originally awarded to a consortium led by HUTCHINSON amounting to €419 mn.
Representation of Piraeus Port Authority for the rejection of petitions to block the bidding process
AGA advised and represented the PIRAEUS PORT AUTHORITY before the Council of State for the rejection of petitions raised by the local municipal authority and the unions of port-workers to annul the Port Authority’s Invitation to Bid for the concession of peers II & III of the Piraeus Port containers terminal for 30 years (petitions rejected).
