AGA advised operator, OPAP S.A. as bidding consortium leader, through its 100% subsidiary OPAP INVESTMENT Ltd., in an international tender launched by the HELLENIC REPUBLIC ASSET DEVELOPMENT FUND for the right to operate and manage the Hellenic Lotteries for 12 years; upfront fee €190 mn in cash; guaranteed minimum income over the 12-year period of €580 mn.

AGA rendered legal opinion on matters relating to “OLYMPIA ODOS S.A.” – the company selected by the HELLENIC REPUBLIC to design, finance, construct, operate and maintain the OLYMPIA ODOS MOTORWAY for a period of 30 years – in a dispute arising from the project.
