AGA supports a Hong Kong based investor in the complex transaction for the purchase of a historic building in the centre of the upcoming “Exarcheia” quarter of Athens from several independent sellers and its development for mixed residential and commercial use (art gallery and serviced apartments).

Supporting real estate company in creation of cultural theme park

AGA regularly handles the acquisition of multiple properties -approximately twenty properties so far – on behalf of a real estate company aiming to create a cultural theme park in the area of Athens, Greece.

New photovoltaic power plant, Pylos, Greece

AGA advised the owner of a plot of land in Pylos Greece, for the drafting, execution and implementation of the contract for the design, engineering, procurement of equipment, construction and commissioning of a 11.963MWp Photovoltaic Power Plant (contract price € 16m).


AGA partner George Georgiades advised on the appraisal of property in the possession of the HELLENIC REPUBLIC ASSET DEVELOPMENT FUND to be sold and leased back following international public tender, as well as the non-application of the law for commercial leases in cases of mixed contracts i.e., agreements including lease and project construction contracts.

Legal advice on the highly-publicized Lake Vistonida dispute

AGA Name Partner Apostolos Georgiades provided legal advice on the much disputed ownership of the Lake Vistonida (following a dispute between the Vatopedi Monastery and the Greek State) regarding the ownership of plots of land around the lake for which the Monastery claimed ownership by presenting imperial golden seals dating from 1080AD.
