Partners Anastasia Mageirou and George Georgiades have won litigation regarding ownership of the Agios Kosmas cape located in the Athenian Coastal Front right in front of the former Hellinikon airport.

Following recent decision from the Athens Court of Appeal in favour of AGA’s client, the pioneering development of the whole region (with the creation, among others, of a world-class Metropolitan Park with landmark buildings designed by Sir Norman Foster) is a step closer to its realization.
