The team at Apostolos Georgiades & Associates consists of 'experienced litigators', known for leading significant and high-value disputes for corporates and individuals. Additionally, it has been involved in compensation claims involving telecoms companies, sports clients, and hoteliers. Co-leader Stavros Georgiades has experience leading high-stakes civil cases. Co-leader Anastasia Mageirou has vast experience in dispute resolution. George Georgiades advises large shipowners and multinationals on complex litigation. AGA won a dispute (totaling more than €23.5) between a company and its former CEO

AGA represented OLYMPIA GROUP and businessman Panos Germanos in a dispute brought against them by a former executive claiming €13.5 million as the balance of bonus owed.

Marital assets claim of €234 m. was rejected in favor of AGA’s client

AGA has been representing Dr John Coustas, head of NYSE listed Danaos Corporation (DAC) since 2012 in, among others, a dispute by ex-spouse claiming an amount exceeding €234 million

AGA won claim of $ 20 m.

AGA effectively defended Dr. John Coustas, head of NYSE listed Danaos Corporation, in litigation brought against him from, among others, a BVI entity claiming more than $ 20 m. as compensation. Claim irrevocably rejected.

AGA won class action against NRG

AGA has represented NRG, an upcoming Greek energy supplier, in a multimillion class action against the use of adjustment clauses in the electricity supply contracts. Class action rejected.

Shipping business lawsuit

AGA has successfully represented Angeliki Frangou, head of Navios Group, in successfully defending a lawsuit by her brother John Frangos regarding their common shipping business in the past.

AGA succeeded in the rejection of a € 7 m. claim vs Krueger Group

AGA successfully represented HNC Healthy Nutrition Company GmbH, a part of the KRÜGER GROUP since its founding, in litigation brought against it and others by a former representative of another entity operating in the same market; total claim of € 7 m. irrevocably rejected.
