Professor George Georgiades has been invited to the 7th Annual Conference of the Hellenic Association for Family Law in order to speak on the custodial rights of unmarried fathers.

He has given a short presentation of the legal framework regarding the rights of the father of a child born out of wedlock.

Prof. Georgiades has pointed out that Greece is risking a condemnation from the ECHR because of a provision that discriminates against unmarried fathers.
