AGA has won a series of arbitration cases against the Public Properties Company (ETAD), which has the responsibility for managing and exploiting the state-owned real estate portfolio.

AGA’s client, a major hotelier in Greece, has been awarded by virtue of seven arbitration awards a total sum exceeding € 600 million for damages for breach of contract and tortious behaviour in the context of a lease of a privileged property in the Athenian riviera.
